Did you do the little exercises I suggested at the beginning?  Yes?  No?  It’s up to you if you wanted to take the easy way out, but I do hope it brought up some helpful thoughts and ideas that may help you to move your body more.

Joining up with a local walking group is a great idea for those who are keen on that kind of exercise but get bored doing it on their own.  If you have a dog than you are most probably already engaged in this healthy endeavour.

You are welcome to pick and choose throughout the various exercises… do whatever grabs you and you find interesting.  Of-course, they say a change is as good as a holiday, so switching them about will help to keep you engaged.

Others may say that they need a gym together with a personal trainer.  Of-course, I think this is wonderful, so go for it.  It should definitely help you.  But from what I see, many people are very ‘off and on’ with their gym membership… so what happens in between.  This could be for many reasons, but one that comes up constantly is the cost.

The exercises I have provided are not at all comprehensive and I don’t pretend that they are… they are just a few ideas to get you started.  For many people, the fact they can do it for ‘free’ at home is an enormous bonus.
