Are you Burning Up on the Inside?
Are you suffering with inflammation in your body? Do you even know?
There’s a good possibility that you have no idea that your body is inflamed because much of it is internal.
We do suffer with symptoms though, but we don’t know it’s because of the inflammation.
10-InflammationI believe the most important slide within the PDF was slide number 9. This is the slide that shares not only what the foods are that cause inflammation, but gives you a quick idea of the foods that help to get rid of it.
You need to take a very good look at those lists and work out if they are a serious part of your diet.
As we continue throughout these lessons and modules in general, you will learn about which foods to find substitutes for as they are bringing you down. They cause the fire to rage on the inside of you, burning you up from
the inside out.
Here are just some symptoms of Inflammation:
- Headaches and Migraines
- Tooth and Gum Health, Bad Breath & Gingivitis
- Gut Diseases including Indigestion, IBS & Leaky Gut
- Mood Swings and Anxiety
- Sleep disorders and Insomnia
- Fatigue
- Arthritis and Stiff Joints
If you have any of these, please do not ignore them.
Listen to your body… hear what it is trying to tell you.
It’s really important that you stop eating the foods that are fanning the fire, and begin to add in those foods, or eat more of them, that quench it.
It’s in your hands… really. Although you may require some help to get you started in the right direction, changing your diet will be the single most important step in your healing process.
