Further on into Weight Management we will cover taking your measurements in detail, and how we arrive at the various figures.  Here I have looked at how to work out a safety barrier.  This means that once you are at your recommended weight, if you put on a couple of kilos (which does happen from time to time) you will remain within the healthy range.

I  have provided you with some downloadable forms you can use on yourself to make it easier for you.

Apart from learning to eat healthier, losing weight is one of the most important steps you can take to side-step many diseases.  We are talking about very serious things here, so I hope you are listening… 🙂
