How Pure is your Water?
Do you just down your water without too much thought?
Do you know they say that 90% of all the things wrong in water you can not see, taste or smell!
This is a bit of a worry I think!
Countless thousands of people rely on their local councils to purify their water for them and most never question how. Unfortunately they use known poisons to do the job.
I know many will potentially cry me down as they are true believers of the use of fluoride and chlorine. To these people I ask them to dig deeper as they need to do their own research with an open mind. They just might be surprised with what they find. Anyone who is searching for the truth will find it as it’s only a matter of time.
Many are under the impression that fluoride is good for their teeth, but there are many studies against it. While many countries are busy taking fluoride out of the water supply, we here in Australia are hanging onto it.
If we truly want to walk in wellness, we cannot be drinking many glasses of chemical water per day. It puts our body under so much stress having to try and remove these chemicals so it can safely use the water. Why not save your body all that extra effort? Drink clean, clear water to start with and your body will thank you for it.

Of-course, I understand that you can’t change everything at once. For instance, if you have many improvements you need to make them gradually. S.M.A.R.T. goals work well as it puts something in front of you to concentrate on.
To really apply what you are learning here, stick with a change until it really takes hold before applying another. It could take months, or possibly longer, but it will be worth it! Every change for the better counts and will make a difference to your health. This being so, you don’t have to change everything all at once.
