Dissecting Different Eating Styles and their Benefits

There are literally 100’s of different diets and eating styles. Just like everything else in life there is a huge amount of variety.

In this lesson I’ll talk about just three common ones. We’ll dissect them to help you appreciate the good and no so good points about them.

Have you tried any of these eating styles yourself? I could have talked about so many more… such as vegetarian or vegan for instance.

What I’m endeavouring to do in these lessons is to give you a basis to run with.  You will then systemise it according to your own favoured eating style.

As long as you are eating healthily it doesn’t matter whether you choose to go vegetarian or eat meat. It’s totally up to you.

The main point I am making here is… listen to what your body is telling you… it does talk, you just need to learn to listen.
