Are Sleepless Nights your Constant Companion?

Did you know that sleep is fundamental to every aspect of your health?  I mean, have you ever really thought about it?

We know we all need sleep and without it we can get pretty grumpy, can’t we?  Sleepless nights are not fun!

But did you know lack of sleep increases your appetite?  Not good news for those tossing and turning and have some kilos to burn.

Don’t you think the Circadian Rhythm is incredible?  The fact that there are minute clocks everywhere within our body which are all controlled and set by the Master Clock causes me to be in wonderment of the incredibly made body that we live in.

It’s also wonderful to me that we have the ability to help set our Master Clock which in turn resets all the minute clocks.

I use Magnesium Oil every night by spraying it onto my body, sometimes behind the knees or on the  inside on my lower arms.  I find it definitely helps to give you a good night’s sleep and you are not so restless.
