For Health & Weight Loss

I’ve thrown weight loss in here even though this course is chiefly about wellness.  I’ve done it because in reality for true health you need to be the correct weight for your body.  I have another course written which focuses more on weight loss but it goes hand in hand with this Wellness Solutions course.  You need both.

As you can see it shares directly which fruit and vegetables you should eat the most of, and which to eat moderately. It’s handy to know these things.

As I continue to say throughout this course, listen to what your body is telling you. 

If you are unsure about any food, no matter what it is, it’s wise to do some testing on yourself. Try going without a suspect food for a couple of weeks while taking notice how your body is responding. 

Sometimes you may overlook at certain food because you’ve been eating it all your life. This can be a little trap! 

Sometimes, when going without that same food for a little time, noticeable improvements can be observed.

Learn when you become hungry again shortly after eating a meal, to go through in your mind exactly what it was you just ate.  Could be that your meal was made up of simple carbohydrates which digest very quickly. 

Then think to yourself how you could have eaten a more satisfying meal by making a few little changes.
