The Seven Pillars of Balanced Health – Revisited

This is the final lesson within the six module series on Wellness Solutions.  I’m trusting that throughout this series you have found many interesting facts and ideas that give you something to work with towards wellness.

Weight Management

I live in Tasmania, and here the national average of overweight and obese people comes in at 63%.  That’s an enormous amount of people who need to do something about their weight.  As I was going through my studies I majored in weight management and to this end I’ve written another module on it.

Really, losing weight and wellness go hand in hand together.  The way to lose weight is to follow all the principles given in Wellness Solutions.  But I’ve written it specifically for those in need of losing a few, or a lot, of kilos.

Not everyone in the world is overweight!  Of-course there are those who suffer on the other end of the scale… they need to put on weight.  This is why I call it ‘Weight Management’ as it deals with keeping to an ideal weight naturally.  Given the right foods, and the right treatment, your body will find it’s own ‘happy place’.  We are all different and there’s no way that is exactly right for everyone, but really, the basis is the same.

How to Avoid Toxic Substances

It is also my intention to write a series on how to avoid toxic substances, which really is all part of wellness.  You can’t expect to be well and protect yourself from all manner of ills, if you are daily dousing yourself with toxic chemicals.  Anyway, that’s coming… so look out for it.

So to finish off, let’s complete one more quiz.  This is a quiz that will be taken from the entire series, picking out some of the most important points you would do well to remember.

Thank you so much for travelling this journey together with me.  I have enjoyed getting to know you and answering your questions.  I’ve much appreciated your comments.
