Rather than just rely on the scales, there are a number of different measurements you can take which will give you a better understanding of how you are tracking.

The first part of the chart is for you to work out the various measurements as shown in the PDF.
The second part of the chart is there for you to record how your weight loss is going. First right down what you are at the starting point and then you can measure again weekly, fortnightly or whatever suits you. I think weekly is good, but it’s up to you.
