So many people buy mineral supplements without realising that they are consuming rocks!  Plants consume minerals from the ground… we are designed to consume minerals from the plants.  The plant is the middle man.  We need minerals and they are in the ground.  Minerals are changed into colloidal minerals by the plant.  We eat the plant.

It’s a simple but very effective method.
