Energy and well being… is what makes life worth living! Isn’t this what we all want?
So how do we accomplish it? How do we find that ‘get up and go’ that we all need?
If you follow eating wholesome foods and making every mouthful count… your body will begin to experience ease, rather than disease. Managing your weight is so much easier when you are careful what you put in your mouth.
When the body receives real food full of all the nutrients it requires to keep it running smoothly, you find your energy levels will rise.
This is because the body is not using up all its energy trying to work out what to do with all the additives, preservatives, toxic sprays, colours, flavours, highly processed, nutrient deficient excuse for ‘food’… and can just get about sending good nutrition to wherever it’s needed within the body.
Oh for the feeling of wellness! Imagine having a body that receives all the nutrients it requires to fight off anything that would try to hold you down. Do you know there are people in this world who have not been near a doctor for a quarter of a century, or more… that’s 25 years! They’ve had no need!
I know myself I’ve experienced being taken off the books because I’ve not attended a doctor’s clinic for so long. When I eventually went back she queried me as to where I had been.
“Have you been attending another clinic?” she asked.
“Then why have you not come here?” she insisted.
“Just haven’t had the need to see a doctor!” I told her.
You have to eat Real Food if you want Health
There’s no other way around it really:
- Wholesome good food = Health and Vitality
- Nutrient-deficient food = Sickness and Disease
We make the choice through what we put in our mouth!
