How do I increase my energy levels

Sometimes we just feel blah!  We think “What’s wrong?” Have you ever felt that way?  Do your ask yourself “How do I increase my energy levels so I can keep going through the day?”

Well, you have to start somewhere!

There’s something I’ve been doing for as long as I can remember which is having a lemon drink upon rising.  Never once have I yearned for a plain cup of tea, and definitely not a cup of coffee. Unlike most people in this world we live in, I can’t stand coffee!

No, I find it’s not a chore but something my body seems to desire, so it’s easy for me to do.

Now you can simply squeeze half a lemon
into some room temperature filtered water
and drink it at least 10 minutes before you eat any food…
or you can do what I do and
make it into something really special!

But although it’s nice to have, what really are the benefits of doing it first thing in the morning? If you are looking for something that will help you to detoxify, improve your digestion, boost your  metabolism AND your energy levels you cannot go wrong with an early morning lemon drink.

      Hi Vince, It’s only a little part of it, but the more you consume good wholesome food, yes, the aging process would naturally be slowed down. We pay a high price for consuming products that pass as food, when they are not even suitable for human consumption. I guess it’s something we’ll all need to come to realise, because we take it so much for granted that the food we eat is doing us good. Thanks for leaving your comment, it’s much appreciated.
